Exhibit Space Inclusions

Each 10x10 exhibit space includes:

  • 8 ft high back wall (with black drape)
  • 3 ft high side wall (with black drape)
  • One 6’ covered and skirted display table 
  • Two upholstered side chairs 
  • One wastebasket
  • Four exhibitor badges per 10x10 exhibit booth space
  • Lunch for exhibit booth personnel for two days
  • Company listing on conference website, in official conference program, and in mobile app
  • Company included on the CSC Exhibitor Stamp Card contest (optional)
  • Overnight security in the exhibit area

*Exhibit booth personnel can attend lectures, but cannot be a presenter in the technical program. All presenters must register for the conference separately.

 

Exhibit space rental fee does not include:

  • Booth carpeting
  • Electrical
  • Additional furnishings
  • Telephone services
  • Lead retrieval scanner
  • Lighting inside the booth
  • Transportation
  • Warehousing before and after the conference
  • Customs brokerage
  • Janitorial services within the booth
  • Material handling and transfer
  • Set-up and dismantling of equipment or booths
  • Lift services
